CONCRETE SLABS:

SURFACE PREPERATION & PROCEDURE:

• All existing waterproofing is removed from the slab.
• Slab defects e.g. cracks, voids and blow holes are exposed and repaired.
• Loose substrate removed and a special Black Bitumus based primer applied as required.
• Torch-on rubberized fitted and secured by Heat fusion onto the slab.
• U.V. stable silver Bitumus top coat is then applied for the protection of the application.

TILE ROOFS:

• Fungal wash and high pressure turbo cleaning to remove any fungal growth & loose particles.
• Cracked or broken tiles replaced.
• Ridges are sealed with a rubberized waterproofing compound to seal & secure ridging tiles.
• Valleys are cleaned and tiles aligned to prevent blockages.
• Roof tiles painted as required.
